Master Document Controller

Short description

We are looking for a Master Document Controller who will further shape the professionalization of Chane Terminals.

Where will you be working?

The Master Document Controller works within the Asset Integrity department. This department falls within our central technical organization (CTO) and acts as a matrix organization that supports all our terminals with know-how in reliability, inspections and discipline engineers. This organization also includes the team of technical data and document management.

Representative activities

  • You are responsible for the content for the document control standards within Chane.
  • You are a superuser for the Document Management System Meridian, in which documents are stored and retrieved in an unambiguous way with clear revision management.
  • Setting up approval flows and status development of (digital) documents based on authorization levels.
  • Implementing changes in Meridian and training the users in this.
  • Linking documents in the document management system according to one standard (numbering, naming, revision management, document type, etc.)

Requirements

  • Affinity with IT systems (preferably Meridian) and digital systems/databases.
  • Be able to create, understand, and customize functional specifications for software.
  • Other requirements based on Koole's training and competency matrix
  • You have a number of years of experience in a similar position or, for example, you have extensive experience with technology and would like to develop further.
  • You are a team player with an eye for internal and external customer processes.
  • You have an open personality, are honest, social and easily interact with different stakeholders.
