Where will you work?

Krudo HSC is a renowned inspection service provider in the port and transport sector. We specialize in animal and vegetable oils and fats and oleo-chemical products. Our working area extends from Rotterdam to various European ports at sea and inland. On request, even worldwide. In addition, we also provide various logistics services for our customers.  
For 125 years we have been providing our services in a customer-oriented, professional and thorough manner and that is seen and appreciated! We are a close-knit team of inspectors and experts in the field of logistics who together like to respond to the demands of our customers as much as possible. Our organization is characterized by involvement, ownership, close to the business and the ability to switch quickly. Because of the short lines of communication, we feel responsible together and that is where pride and job satisfaction come from.

Representative activities

The role of Account Manager at Krudo HSC is challenging and varied. With your own portfolio of customers and relations, you continuously coordinate what the needs are and act accordingly. You will regularly visit clients and try to expand your portfolio. It is a broad position where you are given the space to think along with the organization and are part of a close-knit team.

The activities and responsibilities include:

  • First point of contact for clients from your portfolio;
  • Continuous contact with the customer, where you closely monitor the planning and provide timely feedback;
  • Maintaining contacts with customers and relationships and expanding them;
  • Regularly visiting existing and new customers;
  • Thinking along with the customer and working together on an appropriate service.

Requirements

  • You have a higher professional education (HBO) working and thinking level;
  • You are commercial and service-oriented; 
  • You can switch quickly and set priorities;
  • You have good communication skills in Dutch and English (German is an advantage).

Please note! The office in Rotterdam can only be reached by private transport. Due to the location and the missions in this position, the candidate must be in possession of a driving licence B.
